Effective 10-02-24, the utility rates for the Village of Republican City will be as follows:

 

Base Water Rate- $35.00/ month Metered Water Rate- $1.25/ 1,000 gallons used

Wastewater (Residential) - $10.00/ month

Wastewater (Commercial) - $12.00/ month

Late Payment Fee- $15.00/ month

Connect Fee for New User- $50.00

Re-connect Fee- $300.00

Notice is hereby given, that the Regular meeting of the Village Board of Trustees in Republican City, Nebraska will be held at 5:30pm on May 6, 2024 at the RC Fire Hall. The meeting will be open to the public.

NOTICE OF CHANGE IN TRASH REMOVAL PROVIDERS

Effective March 4, 2024, trash removal services in the Village of Republican City will be provided by South Central Sanitation. There will be no change to trash collections days. All customers that wish to continue or start trash removal services will need to contact South Central Sanitation at 308-478-5880. Additional information regarding billing, rates and contact information will be sent out by South Central. Billing rates are as follows:

 

Residential (per month):

 

One toter- $18.00

 

Two toters- $27.00

 

Commercial (per month): Once a week

 

One toter- $18.00

Two toters- $36.00

 

1 1/2 yard- $53.00

 

2 yard- $65.00

 

3 yard- $93.00

 

4 yard- $119.00

Construction of Fences or Screening
